Info on insurance: I do not contract with insurance companies. You may be able to use your "out of network" benefits to get reimbursed for part of your costs. You can also use your health savings or medical flex savings to cover my services. If you have questions about this, please contact me and we can talk about it.

step three: 

Set up a time for us to connect briefly by phone by emailing (drjennifer.hawthorne@gmail.com) or texting (704-608-8091) me.

AFTER WE TALK BY PHONE...

step four:

Register in the client portal and select an appointment.

step five:

Print, complete, and bring with you the Background Information Form: child version or adult version.

step six:

Visit the contact page to review directions and address (I will give you a password for address when we talk). Or, you can access directions and address directly through the client portal.
